Role descriptions / Expectations from the Role:
Practice Leadership & Growth
- Establish, scale, and lead a world-class Digital Utilities practice, driving capability development, market differentiation, and business growth.
- Define the strategic roadmap, service portfolio, and go-to-market approach for the Utilities business.

Financial Ownership
- Own the financial performance of the solutions for the Utilities practice, including revenue growth, Gross Margin (GM), and Contribution Margin (CM).
- Drive profitability through effective portfolio management, resource optimisation, and strategic investments.

Business Development & Presales




- Lead and strengthen the presales organisation to create a strong pipeline of opportunities and secure strategic client wins.
- Partner with sales teams to position Utilities offerings and accelerate market penetration.

Service Portfolio Management
- Oversee the complete lifecycle of Utilities service offerings, including the development of new services, enhancement of existing capabilities, and retirement of legacy offerings.
