The company offers the acquired companies - financial security, strategic guidance and best practices so that they can be leaders in their respective industry domain

Our client is constantly seeking acquisition opportunities to add value to existing vertical markets and is equally excited to explore new verticals when outstanding opportunities present themselves. Backed by a strong global track record, the group is now expanding its footprint in India and establishing a focused team in Mumbai to drive its growth in the Indian market.





The Opportunity
We are looking for a high-energy, driven Deal Origination professional who enjoys finding companies, connecting with founders and building relationships.
This is a frontline, market-facing role focused on creating a strong pipeline of potential acquisition opportunities in India.
You will work closely with the Investment Director – India, identifying potential targets, initiating conversations with founders and CXOs, developing relationships with advisors and industry networks, and qualifying opportunities for further evaluation.

This is not a back-office research role. We are looking for someone who enjoys outreach, networking, prospecting and opening doors.

Deal Origination & Lead Generation
- Identify and research potential software acquisition targets across India.
- Build targeted lists of founders, promoters, CEOs and CXOs.
