Job Summary : We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sr. Manager - Brand Solutions to drive revenue growth, build robust client relationships, and expand business opportunities across domestic and international markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sales generation, strategic business development, client servicing, and leading a high-performing team to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Revenue Generation -Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the management. -Drive revenue growth through new business acquisition and upselling opportunities. -Develop quotations, proposals, and close deals with domestic and international clients. -Ensure consistent pipeline generation and conversion.

2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management -Identify and onboard new clients to expand the company’s business network. -Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients for repeat business.



-Deliver exceptional post-sales support and ensure high client satisfaction.

3. Business Development & Market Expansion -Research market trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities through digital platforms and social media. -Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking forums across India and internationally. -Generate leads through cold calling, emails, networking, and in-person meetings. -Monitor outstanding payments and support credit control processes.

4. Team Leadership & Performance Management -Lead, mentor, and manage the Brand Solutions team to achieve performance objectives. -Set team KPIs and monitor productivity and target achievement. -Conduct training sessions and support team development initiatives.

5. Strategic Planning & Reporting -Plan and execute marketing and business development strategies. -Prepare monthly and quarterly sales perf
