About the Role: Work from Office in Gurgaon

Overall Responsibilities:
- Accountable/Outcome orientation: Independently responsible for search on leadership mandates. Drives search strategy on relevant industry, market, and organizations to find the best talent pool for our clients
- Communication/Presentation: Develop talent maps, industry/company white papers, deliver findings via presentations to internal and external stakeholders; Presents to leadership of global and Indian companies
- Project Execution: Individually and with teams, deliver on multiple large, complex engagements aligned to revenue and clie
