? Key Responsibilities
? Design and implement scalable MongoDB document schemas for Quote, Contract, Opportunity and Customer data
? Lead DART → MongoDB Atlas migration and data-quality validation
? Build aggregation pipelines, indexes and data validation frameworks
? Optimize MongoDB performance, queries and bulk-load operations
? Implement change streams and downstream integrations
? Manage Atlas clusters, sharding, security, monitoring and backups
? Support AI/ML workloads using Atlas Vector Search and Data Federation
? Establish performance baselines, load testing and capacity planning
? Ensure data lineage, reliability, security and enterprise-grade availability
? Required Experience
- 5+ years of professional MongoDB production experience
- 2+ years hands-on experience with MongoDB Atlas
- 3+ years designing complex, deeply nested document structures
- Experience with enterprise-grade, multi-tenant / multi-region workloads
- Strong unders
