About the Role
MTK Technologies is looking for a motivated and results-driven US IT Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have experience in the complete US staffing lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, negotiating, and closing candidates for various IT positions.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle US IT recruitment process.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other sourcing channels.
- Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, and client requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Work closely with Account Managers and Sales teams to understand hiring needs.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
- Negotiate compensation and facilitate offer acceptance.




- Ensure compliance with US staffing guidelines and documentation requirements.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.

Required Qualifications
- 1–4 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
- Strong understanding of W2 hiring and the US staffing process.
- Knowledge of US work visas (H-1B, GC, USC, TN, OPT, CPT, EAD, etc.)
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and other sourcing platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
