The Role
We're looking for a Director of Sales to build and run our outbound motion targeting IT services companies in the US. This is a full-cycle role: you'll own lead generation through closure, and shape how we position Wisemonk to this segment. As the motion proves out, you'll build and lead the team that scales it.
This is a foundational sales hire for a segment we consider core to Wisemonk's next phase of growth — someone who does this well has a clear path to owning a larger part of our GTM organization.

What you'll do
- Own the outbound motion end-to-end: prospecting, messaging, sequencing, and closing, targeted at IT services companies in the US
- Define and sharpen our ICP and value proposition for this segment based on what you learn in-market




- Set up and run the systems and channels needed for outbound at scale — sequencing tools, data sources, messaging frameworks, reporting
- Carry and hit a closing quota, not just a pipeline-generation number
- Within your first 6-12 months, build the business case for and hire the first members of your team, then manage and coach them as the motion scales
- Report on pipeline health, conversion rates, and what's working (or not) in the outbound engine, and adjust the approach based on evidence

What we're looking for
- Prior experience selling into the US market, ideally onshore (based in or working US hours/time zones with US buyers)
- A track record of having built an outbound motion from the ground up — not just executing one someone else designed — and scaled it
- Robust grasp of ICP definition and value proposition positioning, and the judgment to evolve both as you learn
- Comfort owning the full sales cycle: generating your own pipeline and
