YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle and lead a 10-member team, including developers and the sales team
- Take complete ownership of team performance and productivity
- Generate new business, clients, and revenue
- Drive international PR / press release sales
- Drive Digital Marketing Sales
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
- Build current sales opportunities and convert leads into paying clients
- Manage client communication and business development
- Identify problems and solve them without waiting for instructions
- Report directly to the Managing Director
- Manage multiple departments and priorities simultaneously




- Help the company grow—not just complete your daily tasks

- International PR / Press Release Sales
- Digital Marketing Sales
- Social Media Marketing
- Paid Ads / Performance Marketing

- Email Marketing & Lead Generation

- Client acquisition
- Team management
