About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting, reconciliation, GST/TDS support, documentation, and logistics-related activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Tally Prime, accounting processes, and financial reconciliations, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities accurately and independently.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts & Finance
- Record Sales, Purchases, Payments, Settlements Expense and petty cash in Tally Prime.
- Reconcile bank statements and payment gateways.
- Prepare data for TDS on Job Work, Rent and other applicable payments.
- GST reconciliation and preparation of data for GST filing.
- Maintain accurate physical and digital accounting records and files.
- Collate monthly shipping/transit insurance details.
- Assist the finance manager with other accounting and finance-related tasks as required.

Logistics & Dispatch




- Prepare export invoices and coordinate shipment bookings.
- Maintain the daily dispatch register, including tracking details.
- Ensure dispatch-related documentation is complete and properly maintained.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime; experience with ERP/accounting software is an advantage.
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, and basic accounting principles.
- Valuable written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organisation, and time management.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Prior experience with export documentation or logistics will be an advantage.
