Our company provides custom software development solutions, including websites, mobile applications, web applications, portals and other technology solutions based on client requirements. The ideal candidate should be confident in B2B sales, proactive in finding new business opportunities, and capable of converting prospects into long-term clients. Key Responsibilities • Generate new business leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email outreach, online platforms, networking, referrals, and other channels. • Identify potential businesses and clients who require software development or IT solutions. • Understand client requirements, business needs,



budget, and project timelines. • Conduct initial discussions and effectively pitch the company’s IT services. • Manage the complete sales pipeline from lead generation lead qualification requirement gathering proposal negotiation closure. • Schedule and coordinate meetings between prospects and the technical/project team when required. • Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and commercial offers with prospective clients. • Follow up consistently with prospects and move opportunities through the sales funnel. • Handle client objections and negotiate effectively to close deals. • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, opportunities, and conversions. • Coordinate with the internal team to ensure a smooth transition from sales to project execution after closing. • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. • Achieve monthly and quarterly lead gen
