Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Quantum Computing Engineer with 8–9 years of experience to lead advanced R&D; in quantum algorithms, error correction, and hybrid quantum-classical workflows for financial services. This role emphasizes leadership in designing production-ready quantum solutions for portfolio optimization, risk modeling, derivatives pricing, and large-scale financial optimization problems.




The ideal candidate will combine deep quantum expertise with robust industry experience, guiding teams and projects from theoretical formulation to deployment.

Key Responsibilities
1. Quantum Algorithm Development
- Implement PQC algorithms to ensure quantum-safe cryptography in financial applications.

● Lead design and benchmarking of advanced quantum and hybrid algorithms (QAOA, VQE, QNSGA, Clifford-based optimizers).
● Architect scalable quantum error correction frameworks (LDPC, QLDPC, surface codes) and noise-resilient decoders.
● Evaluate algorithmic performance against classical baselines and ensure production readiness.
2. Financial Use Case Development
● Apply quantum optimization techniques to portfolio management, risk analysis (VaR, CVaR), derivatives pricing, and trading operations.
