- Drive engineering best practices, code quality, and architectural governance.
- Mentor engineering teams and provide technology leadership.

Full Stack Development
- Architect and develop scalable backend services using Python or Java.
- Build modern frontend applications using ReactJS and TypeScript.
- Design high-performance APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.

AI / Agentic AI Engineering (Mandatory)
- Design and implement enterprise-grade Agentic
