About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Outbound BDR / Appointment Setter with strong experience in US-market B2B outbound sales .
The ideal candidate should be able to build and execute a 0-to-1 outbound sales motion – from identifying the right prospects and decision-makers to running cold outreach, qualifying leads, and consistently booking qualified meetings for the sales team.
This role is ideal for someone who is hunter-minded, proactive, data-driven, and comfortable building outbound processes from scratch.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute outbound prospecting strategies for the US market .
- Research target companies, industries, ICPs, decision-makers, and buying signals.
- Build targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn/Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha , and similar tools.




- Develop and execute ABM/account-based prospecting campaigns .
- Create and manage multi-step outbound email and LinkedIn cadences.
- Conduct high-volume cold calling and personalized outreach.
- Engage decision-makers, qualify prospects, handle objections, and generate interest.
- Follow up consistently across email, LinkedIn, and phone.
- Qualify leads based on need, authority, budget, timing, and overall fit.
- Book qualified appointments, demos, and meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate prospect and activity records in the CRM.
- Track metrics including response rates, connects, meetings booked, show rates, and pipeline generated.
- Continuously test and optimize ICP, messaging, subject lines, cadences, and outreach channels .
- Build repeatable outbound workflows and playbooks as the US sales function grows.
