Role Purpose:
The Lead – Business Excellence will act as a strategic SPOC to Senior Management, driving business performance, operational excellence, cross-functional alignment, and execution of strategic priorities. The role will provide actionable insights, identify performance gaps, and drive improvement initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the SPOC for Senior Management for business performance, MIS, strategic initiatives, and critical action points.
- Track and analyze business, operational, technical, and functional KPIs and highlight key performance gaps and opportunities.
- Drive cross-functional performance reviews with Business Heads, Functional Heads, and Plant Leadership.
- Develop dashboards, MIS, KPIs, and management reports with transparent insights and recommendations.
- Lead Organizational level Quarterly & monthly Business Reviews.
- Identify root causes of performance gaps and drive corrective actions and improvement initiatives.




- Monitor strategic projects and initiatives, ensuring clear ownership, timelines, and timely closure.
- Benchmark processes and performance against industry best practices and drive continuous improvement.
- Support Senior Management in business reviews, strategic decision-making, and priority initiatives.
- Drive alignment between Corporate Functions, Business Heads, and Plant Leadership on key business priorities.
- Promote a culture of accountability, data-driven decision-making, execution, and continuous improvement.
