Job DescriptionRoles & responsibilities include the following: - Support the execution of audit engagements under the supervision of Audit Managers, Senior Managers, and Partners. - Perform detailed audit procedures, testing, and documentation in accordance with firm methodology and auditing standards. - Prepare, review, and maintain high-quality audit workpapers and supporting documentation. - Coordinate with U.S. engagement teams to obtain audit requirements, clarify client requests, and ensure timely completion of assigned work. - Develop a robust understanding of client operations, business processes, and industry-specific risks. - Identify audit issues, exceptions, and control deficiencies and communicate findings to engagement leadership. - Monitor progress against engagement timelines and proactively communicate status updates and potential risks. - Provide guidance, coaching, and day-to-day support to Audit Associates and newer team members. - Participate in the review of associate-level workpapers to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with firm standards.
