Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Base Coordinator responsible for managing and coordinating day-to-day base operations, manpower, equipment, materials, logistics, documentation and communication with project/site teams. The role requires strong coordination, planning, follow-up and operational management skills.

Key Responsibilities
- •Plan, schedule and ensure the timely completion of tasks and projects related to base operations for different clients. •Prioritize tasks, allocate resources efficiently, and track progress to ensure deadlines are met. •Prepare and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring the smooth flow of operations. •Enhance communication with Clients (internal and external), including responding to queries and providing timely resolutions to issues 24/7. •Contract Management & Revenue Optimisation. •Close monitoring of P&L.;





Required Skills
- Strong operations and coordination experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and stakeholder management abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and MIS reporting.
- Experience in manpower, material, equipment and logistics coordination.
- Valuable documentation and record-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work in a project/site-based environment.
