Key Responsibilities & Skills:
- 5+ years of relevant Salesforce development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Experience in Salesforce implementation and significant customizations.
- Strong expertise in Apex, Triggers, Batch Apex, Visualforce, Lightning/LWC.
- Valuable understanding of Salesforce data model, Custom Objects, Junction Objects, and relationships.
- Experience with Sales Cloud configuration and customization.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce development best practices.
- Understanding of OOP, Design Patterns, clean and maintainable code.
- Good knowledge of SOQL/SQL, data structures, data modeling, and database concepts.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.

Preferred Profile:
Candidates with strong hands-on Salesforce development + customization experience, rather than configuration-only experience.
