Responsibilities
- Lead GenAI Projects
- Take end-to-end ownership of Generative AI projects, ensuring successful delivery aligned with business goals.
- Develop project plans covering timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, and adapt as needed to achieve objectives.
- Hands-On AI Expertise
- Actively use Generative AI tools for day-to-day tasks, demonstrating how these tools can optimize processes and workflows.
- Build automations or implement AI-based solutions that address specific business or technical challenges.




- Apply advanced prompt engineering techniques to achieve desired results from LLMs.
- Collaboration & Business Analysis
- Work with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams to gather, validate, and document requirements.
- Translate business needs into actionable functional and technical specifications.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and roadmap development.
- Innovation & Optimization
- Continuously explore, experiment, and recommend AI tools, frameworks, and methodologies to optimize project workflows.
- Define and prioritize product features, aligning them with business value and customer feedback.
- Communication & Documentation
- Prepare and deliver project documentation, including requirements, specifications, and status updates.
- Present project updates and findings to stakeholders and senior management clearly and effectively.
