Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly energetic, self-driven and strategic Sales Manager to join our team in West India. This role is pivotal in driving the sales and marketing process, focusing on developing the region and ensuring the extensive success of our company. Reporting directly to the Regional Manager, West India, the successful candidate will inspire customers, dealers, planners, and consultants, and spearhead initiatives to maximize customer benefit and demand.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute annual, goal-oriented sales and marketing plans aligned with regional objectives, ensuring optimal time management and resource utilization.
2. Collaboration:



Foster cooperation with the internal sales team to achieve collective goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
3. Customer Engagement: Devote 70% of time to nurturing relationships with end customers through visits, identifying needs, and conducting inspiring cooking shows.
4. Dealer Management: Allocate 20% of time to supporting dealers, including visits, partnership presentations, and activity planning.
5. Consultant Engagement: Invest 10% of time in building relationships with planners and consultants to support project-based business initiatives.

Practical Experiences/Skills:
- Demonstrated culinary knowledge and understanding of business figures.
- Excellent presentation skills and meticulous work organization.
- Solid references and comprehensive knowledge of customers, dealers, planners, and consultants.
- Proficiency in our cooking shows and understanding of the sales and marketing process.
- Strong networking and negotiation skills
