Job Description – Operations & Data Analyst

About the Role

We are looking for an Operations & Data Analyst to manage business data, maintain accurate reports and trackers, analyse operational performance, and provide meaningful insights to support management decisions.

The role will work closely across Operations, Sales and Marketing, with responsibility for pulling data from different teams and systems, consolidating it, analysing performance and highlighting important business insights.

The ideal candidate is analytical, organised, detail-oriented and proactive, with robust hands-on knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and the ability to work across multiple business functions.

Key Responsibilities

Data Management & Reporting

* Pull and consolidate data across Operations, Sales and Marketing from different teams, platforms and business systems.
* Collect, organise, clean and validate data to ensure reports are accurate and up to date.
* Maintain structured trackers, dashboards, MIS reports and management reports.
* Ensure strong sheet hygiene through correct formatting,



formulas, dropdowns, validations, naming conventions and duplicate checks.
* Cross-check and reconcile information across multiple reports and data sources.
* Coordinate with teams to collect missing information and ensure timely updates.

Operations Data & Analysis

* Track and analyse operational data including order processing, production, inventory, dispatch, delivery, returns, exchanges and other key operational metrics.
* Identify delays, exceptions, recurring issues, process gaps and operational inefficiencies.
* Monitor operational KPIs and highlight areas requiring immediate attention.
* Maintain action trackers and follow up on pending operational issues.

Sales Data & Analysis

* Pull and maintain daily, weekly and monthly sales data.
* Track sales performance, orders, revenue, conversion, customer trends and other relevant sales KPIs.
