? Key Responsibilities• Conduct insurance eligibility and verification follow-ups
• Make inbound and outbound calls to insurance providers
• Follow up on outstanding AR and claims
• Assist with denial management and claim resolution
• Accurately document insurance calls, follow-ups and outcomes
• Maintain productivity, quality and accuracy standards
• Work closely with US and India teams to support RCM operations

We’re looking for candidates with:
✅ Graduation in any discipline
✅ Good English communication and articulation skills
✅ Strong documentation and reporting skills
✅ Ability to communicate confidently with US-based insurance providers
✅ Willingness to learn US Healthcare and RCM processes
✅ Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
✅ Willingness to work full time night shifts
