? About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Senior Manager / AGM – CRM to take complete ownership of the post-sales customer journey.
You will be the key point of accountability for every buyer's experience after booking — ensuring documentation, collections, customer communication, coordination and handover are managed smoothly and professionally.




This is a high-touch role involving premium, HNI, NRI and second-home buyers, where service quality, ownership and attention to detail are critical.
? Key Responsibilities• Manage the complete post-sales customer lifecycle — from welcome and documentation to payment milestones and possession/handover.
• Own and monitor construction-linked payment collections, including demand generation, follow-ups, outstanding dues and collection efficiency.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers and resolve queries related to agreements, payment schedules, timelines and statutory formalities.
• Coordinate closely with Sales, Legal, Accounts and Project/Site teams to ensure every customer file is accurate and up to date.
• Manage customer documentation including allotment letters, Agreements to Sell, Sale Deeds, registration and applicable Section 118 formalities.
