We are looking for a customer-focused and target-oriented Retail Sales Executive to join our retail team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in retail sales and a strong passion for customer service and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting suitable products based on their needs.
- Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
- Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Maintain proper product display and visual merchandising standards.
- Support billing and POS operations.
- Monitor product availability and assist with stock management.
- Maintain store cleanliness and ensure products are properly organized.




- Support promotional activities and new product launches.
- Maintain customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Follow company sales processes, policies, and SOPs.
- Coordinate with the Store Manager and team to ensure smooth store operations.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in any discipline.
- 2–3 years of experience in retail sales.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude.
- Good selling and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and motivated to achieve sales goals.
- Basic knowledge of POS/billing systems and computers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Willingness to work on weekends and holidays as required.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.
