Job Description for – AVP - Internal Communications

You will be responsible for supporting all aspects of Internal communications within the organization. Your primary goal will be to ensure effective communication execution to foster engagement, alignment, and a sense of belonging among employees at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support to develop and implement comprehensive Internal campaigns aligned with the company's objectives and values.
- Collaborate with agencies, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the team’s collective success.
- Create compelling content, including written, visual, and multimedia material, to effectively communicate key messages, initiatives, and updates to employees.
- Enhance channels and platforms for internal communication, including intranet, newsletters, town hall meetings, and other digital and traditional mediums.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of internal communication efforts, gathering feedback and data to continuously improve strategies and tactics.
- Collaborate closely with HR, Corporate communications,



Marketing and other departments to align communication efforts and ensure consistency in messaging across the organization.
- Champion a culture of transparency, open communication, and employee engagement throughout the organization.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to internal communication, and integrate relevant insights into strategies and initiatives.

Reporting Structure:
To the Head of Internal and Executive Communications

Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in Internal Communications, with a minimum of 6-8 years in a mid-management role.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
- Strong management skills, with experience leading and developing high-performing agency teams.
