About the Team
Regulatory & Compliance Technology function is part of Corporate Services Technology group and focused on delivering strategic platforms and solutions across Regulatory Reporting and Compliance domain, including U.S. Regulatory Reporting, KYC, AML, Sanctions, Transactions Screening etc.
Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Fircosoft RTB Support Engineer to provide production support, platform administration, incident management,
and continuous improvement for the firm's sanctions screening ecosystem. The role will be responsible for ensuring high availability, stability, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence across Fircosoft applications supporting sanctions, payments screening, customer screening, and compliance operations.
The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Firco Continuity, Firco Trust, Firco Compliance Link, Firco Screening Server, sanctions screening processes, and production support within a global banking environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Production Support & Operations:
- Provide L2/L3 support for Fircosoft platforms in a 24x7 global setting.
- Monitor system health, application performance, batch processing, and screening workflows.
- Manage incident, problem, and service request tickets within defined SLAs.
- Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis of production issues.
