Talasha has been mandated to hire a Digital Transformation Consultant for a Series A funded Radiology AI startup that connects international hospitals with hundreds of radiology AI applications, simplifying how medical AI tools are tested, deployed, and managed.This individual will play a pivotal role in advising healthcare clients on digital transformation strategies, leveraging radiology AI applications to transform their businesses. You will be working with CXOs of enterprise healthcare clients globally to adopt AI-powered solutions and optimize their work flows for the future.Responsibilities -Own the revenue pipeline from existing enterprise healthcare clients - upsell & cross sell.Work closely with enterprise healthcare clients to understand their unique processes and digital transformation needs in radiology processesMap client wok flows & Identify pain points and opportunities to automate & transform them using AI-led radiology solutionsCustomise and pitch tailored digital transformation roadmaps, helping healthcare companies reimagine their work flows for the future.Architect & execute an account-specific GTM strategy that earns client trustLead consultative conversations with CXOs and business leaders across leading healthcare institues globallyExpand existing accounts through cross-sell and upsell by identifying new use cases across radiology processesOrchestrate transformative radiology process outcomes with client stakeholders by solving differently and questioning the status quo.



You lead the charge from initial engagement to successful execution.Demonstrate ability to liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams throughout project lifecycleCollaborate with implementation partners to ensure a detailed transition approach and plans for individual geographies/business portfoliosSupport Change Management activities to prepare the client for deployment and adoption (Change Program, Operating Model & Organizational alignment, Communications, Trainings)Consult & solve as the face of brand in client stakeholder conversations & tech forums.Good To Have -Consultancy experience in digital transformation solutions of 4-6 years - Preferably from Big 4 consultancies or health care consultancyExperience in consultative sales, upselling and cross selling large deals and experience engaging with CXOs of global enterprise clientsExperience in analyzing client’s work flows to identify pain points & opportunities, develop insights and prepare a business case to deliver transformational projectsExperience in consultative or solution-led selling with the ability to connect product capabilities to business outcomesProven ability to grow accounts through upsell and cross-sell motionsA high ownership mindset with the ability to thrive in a rapid-paced, high-growth environmentCTC - Upto Rs.40 LPA (Including Variable)Location - Delhi, Saket#Digital Transformation Solutions #Consultancy #Consultative Selling #Healthcare Consultancy #AI Enablement #Radiology AI #Enterprise AI #Cross Sell #Customer Success #Account Management
