Key Responsibilities: Define and maintain the CMDB strategy, data model, and architecture aligned with banking regulatory and operational requirements. Design configuration item (CI) classes, attributes, and relationships across infrastructure, applications, cloud, and third-party services. Ensure CMDB alignment with ITIL/ITSM processes, including Incident, Change, Problem, Release, and Asset Management. Enforce data quality and governance standards. Own discovery and integration processes end to end. Required Skills Deep expertise with enterprise CMDB platforms (e.G. Service Now or equivalent). Strong understanding of IT infrastructure (servers, networks, storage). Strong understanding of applications and middleware. Robust understanding of cloud platforms (Iaa S, Paa S, Saa S). Hands-on experience with discovery, reconciliation, and data normalisation. Service Now ITSM and CMDB experience.
