Designation - Business Practice Head Position - Deputy Head Data Science Reporting - Head Data Science Location - Delhi Client - Consumer Finance Entity - Digital Lending Parent Company - A NBFC This incumbent plays a pivotal role in shaping and scaling the organisation's Data & AI-led solutioning agenda. This is a leadership role at the intersection of Business, Data Science, AI/ML and Technology — driving strategic initiatives from identifying opportunities and solution design through to execution and deployment. What you'll lead: Build and drive the Data & AI practice and its strategic direction Identify high-impact, high-ROI AI/ML opportunities Partner with senior stakeholders across Business, Credit & Technology Lead complex ML, Deep Learning and Generative AI initiatives Build, mentor and grow a high-performing Data Science team Translate business challenges into scalable technology solutions
