Daily responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting property visits, preparing and presenting listings, and advising clients on market trends and property values. The role involves negotiating offers, drafting and reviewing agreements, and coordinating with legal, financial, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions. The broker will maintain accurate records, manage documentation,



and provide consistent follow-up and customer support. Collaboration with internal teams and adherence to regulatory and ethical standards are core aspects of this position.Qualifications Strong expertise in Brokerage and Real Estate, with a solid understanding of local market dynamics and regulations. Knowledge of Real Property concepts, including valuation, ownership structures, and transaction processes. Proven Sales skills, with experience in lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals. Excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust, communicate clearly, and manage client expectations. Relevant real estate license or certification as required by local regulations. Ability to work in office in Ahmedabad, with flexibility to meet clients and attend property visits as needed. Strong interpersonal, networking, and relationship-building abilities. Proficiency with real estate CRM tools, listing platforms, and basic office software. Prior experience in residential or commercial real estate brokerage is highly beneficial.
