Job Title Senior Lead(Technical) – Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales & Marketing) Location- Pune Experience Required- 7 to 10 Years 7+ years in Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 development. Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Lead – Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Insights (Journeys/Marketing), Power Platform, and enterprise CRM solution architecture. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in designing, developing, customizing, integrating, and delivering scalable Dynamics 365 solutions while leading technical teams and collaborating with business stakeholders. The candidate should have in-depth knowledge of both Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) capabilities and custom development within the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem. They should be capable of driving solution design, ensuring adherence to best practices, mentoring development teams, and supporting end-to-end project delivery. Experience with Azure services, Dataverse, enterprise integrations, data migration, Dev Ops, and solution lifecycle management is essential. Knowledge of SSIS/Kingsway Soft, enterprise integration patterns, and modern cloud architectures is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities Lead the design, development, customization, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions. Provide technical leadership for Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Insights – Journeys (Marketing), and related Power Platform solutions. Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions aligned with Microsoft's best practices. Configure and customize Dynamics 365 using OOTB features including business rules, business process flows, forms, views, dashboards, security roles, queues, and workflows. Develop custom solutions using C#,. NET, Dataverse SDK, Plug-ins, Custom Workflow Activities, Custom APIs, and Power Automate. Design and implement integrations with enterprise systems using REST APIs, Web APIs. Lead data migration activities using SSIS, Kingsway Soft, Dataverse migration tools.



Optimize system performance, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure application scalability and reliability. Work closely with Solution Architects, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle. Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, enforce development standards, and support technical capability building. Estimate effort, manage technical risks, and contribute to project planning and delivery. Lead and mentor technical teams across multiple projects. Review solution designs and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards. Drive technical governance and best practices. Support pre-sales activities, effort estimation, and solution proposals. Collaborate with stakeholders to define technology roadmaps and delivery strategies. Required Skills Strong hands-onexperience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Sales and Customer Insights –Journeys/Marketing). Extensive experience with Microsoft Dataverse and Power Platform. Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 customization and configuration. Expertise in C#,. NET, ASP. NET Core, Dataverse SDK, Plug-ins, Custom APIs, Java Script, and Type Script. Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps (Model-Driven Apps), and Power Pages. Strong knowledge of Dataverse security model, business process flows, workflows, forms, dashboards, and solution management. Experience designing REST APIs and integrating Dynamics 365 with external enterprise applications. Knowledge of OAuth 2.0, Open ID Connect. Experience with SQL Server, Fetch XML, LINQ, Web API, and performance optimization. Robust troubleshooting, debugging, and production support experience. Preferred Skills Experience with Customer Insights – Data. Experience with SSIS and Kingsway Soft for enterprise data migration and integration.
