About the Role We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Web Developer (Fresher) to join our digital team at Sadbhav Futuretech Limited. In this remote role, you will assist in developing, maintaining, and optimizing our web platforms, landing pages, and web-based applications. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic entry-level developer to gain hands-on experience building fast, responsive, and secure web solutions. Key Responsibilities Develop, test, and maintain responsive websites and landing pages using Word Press and modern page builders (e.G., Elementor). Implement and customize Word Press themes, plugins, and custom PHP/CSS scripts. Assist in backend integration, database management, and running queries using SQL/My SQL. Collaborate with marketing and design teams to translate UI/UX wireframes into functional web pages. Monitor website performance, troubleshoot layout or script bottlenecks, and implement Core Web Vitals optimizations. Ensure cross-browser compatibility, mobile responsiveness, and basic on-page SEO best practices.



Support custom web development tasks involving PHP and foundational MVC frameworks (such as Laravel) as needed. Requirements & Skills Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Applications (BCA/MCA), or a related technical field (fresh graduates welcome). Core Technical Knowledge: Solid foundational understanding of PHP, HTML5, CSS3, Java Script, and SQL. Word Press Proficiency: Familiarity with the Word Press CMS architecture, theme customization, and page builders. Familiarity with Frameworks: Basic exposure to or interest in PHP frameworks like Laravel is a plus. Performance Focus: Understanding of web performance concepts, page load speed optimization, and responsive design principles. Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking, eagerness to learn, and proactive troubleshooting skills. Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills for effective remote collaboration.
