Urgent Hiring – SAP Technical Business Analyst Experience: 6+ Years in SAP S/4 HANA | 7+ Years Preferred Role Type: Contract Duration: 3–6 Months Work Mode: Remote Shift: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST Interview Process: 15-Min HR Screening + 1–2 Technical Rounds Joining: Immediate / Short Notice Preferred Role Overview We are looking for an experienced SAP Technical Business Analyst with strong expertise in SAP S/4 HANA Supply Chain and the ability to bridge SAP/ERP teams with Data & Analytics teams. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of S/4 HANA data structures, CDS Views, Virtual Data Model (VDM), Supply Chain processes, data validation, and technical requirements gathering. Key Responsibilities Work with business stakeholders across Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Logistics to gather and document requirements and acceptance criteria. Translate SAP business requirements and functional logic into clear technical specifications. Design and validate data mappings from S/4 HANA source tables to downstream reporting and analytics platforms. Work with core S/4 HANA data structures including EKKO/EKPO, MARA/MARC, MATDOC, AUFK/AFKO, MDPS/MDEZ. Develop, maintain, and validate SAP CDS Views and advise on VDM layering – Basic → Composite/Cube → Consumption. Lead data validation and reconciliation between SAP source data and downstream reports, data lakes, and BI platforms. Support UAT, including test-case preparation, end-user coordination, defect management, and sign-off. Collaborate with SAP functional teams, ABAP developers, and Data & Analytics teams to deliver integrated solutions.



Prepare and maintain requirements, technical specifications, data lineage, mappings, and test documentation. Drive improvements in data quality, reporting completeness, and SAP-to-analytics integration. Mandatory Skills 6+ years of robust SAP S/4 HANA functional/technical experience; 7+ years preferred. Strong SAP S/4 HANA Supply Chain experience – MM, PP, SD, WM/EWM. Supply Chain experience is mandatory. Strong understanding of S/4 HANA core data structures and tables. Hands-on experience with SAP CDS Views. Strong understanding of Virtual Data Model (VDM) and its layering approach. Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst / SAP Technical BA. Ability to translate business requirements and SAP logic into technical specifications. Experience with data validation, reconciliation, data mapping, and data lineage. Experience supporting UAT, defect management, documentation, and stakeholder communication. Nice-to-Have Skills Azure / Databricks / Azure Synapse or similar data platforms. Power BI / Tableau or other BI tools. Exposure to ABAP and SAP extraction/transformation processes. SAP S/4 HANA or Supply Chain functional certification. Experience with Agile methodologies and SAP Activate.
