The role requires strong technical troubleshooting, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage incidents in a 24x7 support environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport IIS-hosted .NET and .NET Core applications in production environmentsPerform IIS administration, configuration, monitoring, and troubleshootingManage SSL certificates and HTTPS configurationsSupport application deployments, releases, and environment-related activitiesHandle Incident, Change, and Problem Management through ServiceNowAnalyse IIS logs and Windows Event Viewer logs to identify application issuesPerform Root Cause Analysis and resolve production incidentsMonitor application availability, performance,
