We are seeking a motivated

Inside Sales Engineer

to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a technical expert supporting the sales process, working closely with account managers, customers, and product teams. Your ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into tailored technical solutions will be essential to success.

Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with the sales team to provide pre-sales technical support to customersUnderstand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or solutionsPrepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and quotesRespond to RFQs, RFPs, and product-related inquiriesCoordinate with engineering and product management to ensure accurate solutionsTrack and manage leads and opportunities using CRM softwareSupport order processing, pricing,



and contract reviewMaintain deep knowledge of product portfolio and industry trendsHandle Social Networking.

Qualifications:Fresher or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or related field (Mechanical, Electrical, Automation)Freshers or 1–3 years of experience in technical sales, applications engineering, or customer supportStrong communication and problem-solving skillsTechnical aptitude and ability to learn complex systemsProficiency with CRM tools ( Microsoft Office, and CAD or similar software (a plus)Team player with a customer-first mindset
