We’re hiring immediately for aClient Acquisition Executiveat Zensei Labs Search.Location:HSR Layout, BangaloreWork Mode:On-siteExperience:1–3 yearsEmployment Type:Full-timeAbout Zensei Labs SearchWe’re a tech recruitment firm working with quick-growing AI and SaaS companies, with direct client exposure and ownership of the acquisition pipeline.Key ResponsibilitiesResearch AI, SaaS and product companies to identify high-potential prospects.Build targeted prospect lists and identify founders, CXOs and hiring decision-makers.Run outbound outreach through cold email, LinkedIn and other relevant channels.Qualify prospects and book meetings with founders and hiring leaders.Understand hiring needs and position Zensei’s recruitment services accordingly.Manage follow-ups and move qualified opportunities through the sales pipeline.Build long-term client relationships and identify repeat business opportunities.Keep prospect,



activity and pipeline data updated accurately in the CRM.Who We’re Looking For1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development or client acquisition.Prior hands-on B2B sales experience is mandatory.Experience in recruitment, staffing, SaaS or professional services is preferred.Strong written and spoken English and comfortable with cold outreach.Comfortable speaking with founders, CXOs and senior decision-makers.Strong negotiation, relationship-building and follow-up skills.Working knowledge of CRM and sales prospecting tools.Available to work on-site from our HSR Layout, Bangalore office.What You’ll GetOwnership of the client acquisition cycle from prospecting to conversion.Direct conversations with founders and CXOs of fast-growing companies.Performance-driven growth opportunities within the team.Immediate joiners will be preferred.
