Intern – Performance MarketingLocation:HSR Layout, BengaluruStipend:Up to ₹20,000 per monthExperience:Freshers / 0–1 yearRole:Intern – Performance MarketingAbout the Job We are looking for aPerformance Marketing Internto join our growth team and work closely on acquiring and converting users through paid advertising.This is a hands-on role where you will get exposure toreal campaigns, real budgets, and real performance data . You’ll be involved in everything from setting up campaigns and testing creatives to analyzing results and finding ways to improve acquisition efficiency.What You’ll Work OnPlan, launch, and manage performance marketing campaigns across platforms such asMeta Ads and Google Ads .Monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns based on key metrics such asCPC, CPM, CTR, CPA, ROAS, CAC, and conversion rates .Work onaudience research, targeting, segmentation, retargeting, and campaign structuring .Coordinate with the creative team to develop and test differentad creatives, hooks, copies, and formats .Run experiments andA/B teststo understand what drives better performance.Analyze campaign and user data to identify opportunities for improving acquisition and conversion.Help withbudget allocation, campaign scaling,



and performance optimization .Prepare regular performance reports and translate data into actionable insights.Research competitors, market trends, and new advertising strategies.Work closely with the growth and product teams to understand the completeuser acquisition funnel , from ad impression to conversion and retention.What We’re Looking ForStrong interest inperformance marketing, digital advertising, and growth .Comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets, and data.Analytical and curious mindset — you should enjoy figuring outwhy a campaign is working or not working .Willingness to experiment, test new ideas, and learn from failures.Positive communication and problem-solving skills.Basic knowledge ofMeta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, or similar platformsis a plus, but not mandatory.Prior experience running ads, managing a small campaign, or working on a marketing project is a plus.Who Should Apply?
