WE’RE HIRING :Admissions CounsellorLocation: East of Kailash, New DelhiOrganisation: Moonlight Films & Theatre StudioWebsite: www.moonfts.inMoonlight Films & Theatre Studio is looking for an experienced and target-driven Senior Admissions & Course Counsellor to promote and sell our specialised courses in Acting, Filmmaking and other creative disciplines.The ideal candidate should understand consultative selling and be able to guide aspiring actors and filmmakers towards the programme best suited to their career goals.Key Responsibilities:• Counsel prospective students through phone calls, WhatsApp, email and face-to-face meetings• Explain course structure, fees, faculty, facilities and career opportunities• Convert enquiries and leads into confirmed admissions• Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective students and parents• Handle leads generated through digital campaigns, social media and walk-ins• Maintain accurate lead records and admission follow-up reports• Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets• Coordinate auditions, counselling sessions, workshops and open-house events• Develop relationships with colleges,



theatre groups and relevant institutions• Contribute ideas for increasing course enquiries and admissionsCandidate Profile:• Minimum 3 years of experience in admissions counselling, education sales, career counselling or course sales• Strong communication, persuasion and follow-up skills• Proven ability to meet admission or sales targets• Comfortable communicating in both Hindi and English• Confident in handling students, parents and working professionals• Familiarity with CRM systems, spreadsheets and WhatsApp-based lead management• Interest in acting, filmmaking, theatre or the media industry will be an advantage• Candidates with experience selling premium or specialised courses will be preferredWhat We Offer:• Competitive fixed salary based on experience• Performance-based incentives• Opportunity to work within a professional acting, filmmaking and theatre workplace• Scope to grow with the expanding academic and creative programmes of the organisationThis is a full-time, on-site position based at East of Kailash, New Delhi.
