The candidate will handle prospective customers and achieve sales targets.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming leads and enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, digital platforms, and other sources.Understand customers’ requirements, preferences, budget, and property need.Explain project details, specifications, pricing, amenities, payment plans, and other relevant information to prospective customers.Coordinate and conduct site visits for prospective customers.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the sales process.Follow up regularly with prospective customers and maintain proper records of interactions and lead status.Address customer queries and coordinate with the concerned departments to provide timely responses.Negotiate with customers within the approved company guidelines and work towards closing sales.Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.Maintain accurate sales and customer records in the CRM/ERP system.Coordinate with the Sales Manager and other internal teams for documentation, booking, and further processing.Prepare regular reports on leads, follow-ups, site visits, bookings, and sales performance.Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, pricing, and customer preferences.Required SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills.Robust customer-handling and relationship-building skills.Good convincing and negotiation abilities.Target-oriented and result-driven approach.Good follow-up and lead-conversion skills.Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM, or ERP systems.Ability to work independently as well as in a team.Good knowledge of the Chennai real estate market will be an added advantage.QualificationAny Graduate.Candidates with relevant experience inreal estate, residential sales,may apply.
