We are looking for consultants with experience across the following areas:Overall review and assessment of our Workday implementation and business processesAgentic AI build-out to streamline and automate workflowsRecruiting module optimization and automationSkills Cloud build-outDashboards and reporting across Workday modulesAdvanced compensation build-out and optimization
Workday modules currently in scope:
HCM, Perks, Payroll, Advanced Compensation, Learning, Recruiting, Talent Optimization, Time Tracking, Absence Management, and Journeys.The timeline is quite critical, as the customer would like to get the resources started
as soon as possible . We would appreciate it if you could prioritize this requirement and share any suitable profiles and availability at the earliest.
