About the RoleThe role focuses on farmer engagement, field demonstrations, crop trials, dealer relationship management, market development, and supporting sustainable business growth in the assigned territory.

Responsibilities :Drive farmer engagement through field visits, crop demos, farmer meetings, and dealer training sessionsCollaborate with the sales team to accelerate product adoption, strengthen dealer networks, and support business growthExecute crop trials and collect field-level performance dataIdentify market gaps and support demonstration activities in high-potential territoriesBuild strong relationships with farmers, dealers, distributors, and internal sales teamsProvide technical support on crop performance, product positioning,



and cultivation practicesUpdate sales/field data in CRM and support reporting requirementsPerform other support tasks as required by the organization

Qualifications :Degree / Master’s in Agriculture3–5 years of relevant experience in vegetable seeds, agri-inputs, technical sales, or market developmentStrong crop and field knowledgeGood farmer and dealer relationship management skillsBasic IT / CRM knowledgeStrong communication, coordination, and execution skillsWillingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
