Technical Project Manager – Capital MarketsExperience:15+ YearsLocation:Open to HybridEmployment Type:Full-timeJob DescriptionWe are looking for an experiencedTechnical Project Managerwith15+ years of overall IT experienceand strong experience in managing and delivering complextechnology projects within the Capital Markets domain .The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, excellent project delivery skills, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders, architects, engineering teams, and senior leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end delivery of complex technical projects from planning through production implementation.Define project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and resource plans.Lead cross-functional technology teams including developers, architects, QA, DevOps, infrastructure, and business teams.Drive project execution using Agile/Scrum or hybrid delivery methodologies.Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, budgets,



and change requests.Work closely with architects and engineering teams to understand technical solutions and delivery challenges.Coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.Provide regular project status, risk, and delivery updates to senior management.Ensure adherence to SDLC, technology governance, quality, security, and release management processes.Identify delivery bottlenecks and proactively drive resolution.Manage third-party vendors and technology partners, where applicable.Drive continuous improvement in project and delivery processes.Mandatory Skills & Experience15+ years of overall IT experience.Proven experience as aTechnical Project Manager / Technical Program Manager / IT Project Manager .Strong experience handlinglarge and complex technical/software projects .Mandatory Capital Markets domain experience.Good understanding of Capital Markets processes and technology.Experience working with software engineering, architecture, integration, and infrastructure teams.Robust stakeholder and senior management management experience.Strong experience in project planning, risk management, dependency management, and delivery governance.
