This is a full-time role with our client which is the captive finance arm of a global automobile manufacturer.Role OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Finance & Accounts professional to manage accounting operations, statutory compliance, payroll finance coordination, treasury activities, and financial reporting. The role will work closely with the Chief Accounting Officer and support the organization's financial governance, controls, and operational finance functions.Key Responsibilities• Accounting & Financial Operationso Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.o Handle vendor payments, invoice processing, intercompany transactions, andoverseas remittances.o Monitor collections from dealers, business associates, and intercompanyentities.o Manage subsidy receivables, dealer incentives, commissions, and payoutprocesses.o Perform monthly bank reconciliations, ledger scrutiny, and accountreconciliations.o Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure timely month-end closures.• Financial Reporting & Complianceo Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.o Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, TCS, Qualified Tax, Provident Fund, andother statutory requirements.o Manage GST return filings, reconciliations, and annual compliance activities.o Support direct tax compliance, advance tax calculations, and statutory filings.o Prepare employee perquisite statements and management expense reports.• Payroll Finance Coordinationo Act as the key liaison between Finance and Payroll teams.o Validate payroll funding, employee payouts, gratuity payments,



reimbursements,and statutory deductions.o Ensure timely processing of employee salary disbursements and relatedaccounting entries.• Treasury & Operational Financeo Manage business disbursements and payment schedules.o Support fund management and liquidity planning.o Handle customer refunds, company-related refunds, adjustments, and TDS refundprocesses.o Monitor cash flows and working capital requirements.• Financial Closing & Controlso Manage monthly accruals, provisions, and closing activities.o Ensure strong financial controls, documentation, and audit readiness.o Support intercompany reporting and reconciliation processes.• Audit & Governanceo Coordinate with internal and external auditors.o Support statutory audits, tax audits, and regulatory submissions.o Ensure closure of audit observations and compliance gaps.• Administration & Asset Managemento Manage statutory registrations and licenses.o Maintain Fixed Asset Register and capitalization records.o Coordinate vendor payments and procurement-related finance activities.Desired Skills:• Strong expertise in Bank Reconciliation and Accounts Payable.• Sound understanding of Accounting Standards and Financial Controls.• Experience in GST, TDS, Payroll Accounting, and Treasury Operations.Ideal Candidate Profile (4 years onwards experience)• Bright, hands-on finance professional with strong accounting fundamentals.• Experience in managing end-to-end finance operations in a corporate environment.• Effective stakeholder management and coordination skills across Finance, Payroll, HR and Business teams.
