Job Role: Associate Technical Services Engineer - Windows Application Support Shift: US Shift (24x7 Support Rotation) Work Mode: Hybrid Relevant Exp: 3+ Years Job Location: Pune, Noida, Bangalore & Chennai Job Description: Role Overview We are looking for an experienced IIS & .NET Application Support Engineer to support business-critical applications hosted on IIS in enterprise production environments. The role requires strong technical troubleshooting, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage incidents in a 24x7 support environment. Key Responsibilities Support IIS-hosted .NET and .NET Core applications in production environments Perform IIS administration, configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting Manage SSL certificates and HTTPS configurations Support application deployments, releases, and environment-related activities Handle Incident, Change, and Problem Management through ServiceNow Analyse IIS logs and Windows Event Viewer logs to identify application issues Perform Root Cause Analysis and resolve production incidents Monitor application availability, performance,



and service stability Coordinate with Development, Infrastructure, and Business teams Support critical incidents and ensure timely service restoration Maintain technical documentation, incident records, and resolution details Mandatory Skills 3+ Years hands-on experience in IIS Administration Excellent verbal and written communication skills Windows Server Administration .NET and .NET Core Application Support SSL Certificate and HTTPS Configuration Application Monitoring and Troubleshooting Incident and Change Management ServiceNow Ticketing ITIL Fundamentals Basic understanding of Active Directory Ideal Candidate Profile 3+ Years Experience supporting enterprise applications in production environments Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills Customer-facing application support experience Ability to work effectively during critical production incidents Comfortable working in US shifts and 24x7 rotational support Robust ownership and commitment to maintaining stable application services
