We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to lead our US business development efforts. The scope of this role involves managing and coaching a team of Business Development Specialists, driving new customer acquisition, building a strong sales pipeline, and contributing directly to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and manage the US-focused business development team.n
- Develop and execute outbound strategies to generate qualified sales opportunities.n
- Identify, engage, and acquire new customers across target industries and accounts.n
- Drive pipeline growth and create new revenue opportunities.n
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to improve lead generation and conversion.n
- Build relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.n
- Track team performance, pipeline metrics, and business outcomes through CRM and reporting tools.n

Qualifications

- 8+ years of experience in business development and sales for IT Consulting & Services businessn
- .3+ years of experience managing SDR/BDR or business development teamsn
- .Proven success in winning new customers and growing revenue in the US marketn
- .Strong experience with outbound prospecting, pipeline management, and team leadershipn
- .Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skillsn
- .Experience in IT Services, Product Engineering, Digital Transformation, AI & Data Engineering, or related technology services is preferredn
