Job DescriptionIntern – Performance Marketing Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru Stipend: Up to ₹20,000 per month Experience: Freshers / 0–1 year Role: Intern – Performance Marketing About the Job We are looking for a Performance Marketing Intern to join our growth team and work closely on acquiring and converting users through paid advertising. This is a hands-on role where you will get exposure to real campaigns, real budgets, and real performance data . You’ll be involved in everything from setting up campaigns and testing creatives to analyzing results and finding ways to improve acquisition efficiency. What You’ll Work On Plan, launch, and manage performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads and Google Ads . Monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns based on key metrics such as CPC, CPM, CTR, CPA, ROAS, CAC, and conversion rates . Work on audience research, targeting, segmentation, retargeting, and campaign structuring . Coordinate with the creative team to develop and test different ad creatives, hooks, copies, and formats . Run experiments and A/B tests to understand what drives better performance. Analyze campaign and user data to identify opportunities for improving acquisition and conversion. Help with budget allocation, campaign scaling, and performance optimization .



Prepare regular performance reports and translate data into actionable insights. Research competitors, market trends, and new advertising strategies. Work closely with the growth and product teams to understand the complete user acquisition funnel , from ad impression to conversion and retention. What We’re Looking For Strong interest in performance marketing, digital advertising, and growth . Comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets, and data. Analytical and curious mindset — you should enjoy figuring out why a campaign is working or not working . Willingness to experiment, test current ideas, and learn from failures. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Basic knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, or similar platforms is a plus, but not mandatory. Prior experience running ads, managing a small campaign, or working on a marketing project is a plus. Who Should Apply?
