We are seeking an experienced NetApp storage L3 engineer to manage, support, and maintain enterprise storage services infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in NetApp storage administration in a highly complex enterprise environment. ITIL-based operational support. The role requires hands-on troubleshooting skills, proactive infrastructure management, and the ability to support critical production environments with high availability requirements.

About the Role

Manage and support enterprise NetApp Storage in a highly complex enterprise workplace. Senior professional with 10+ years of hands-on experience in managing storage landscapes and particularly with NetApp storage is a must. Prior experience in pharma/healthcare domain is an added advantage.

Qualifications

- 10+ years of hands-on experience in managing storage landscapes, particularly with NetApp storage.
- Prior experience in pharma/healthcare domain is an added advantage.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience with NetApp AFF, FAS, ASA, StorageGRID, and Cloud Volumes ONTAP.
- Strong knowledge of NAS protocols (NFS and CIFS/SMB), storage encryption, security hardening,



data protection, replication technologies, and advanced troubleshooting.
- Ability to independently manage complex enterprise storage environments and serve as the highest level of technical escalation.
- Experience with storage performance analysis, optimization, and implementing data-at-rest and data-in-transit encryption.
- Experience in troubleshooting file access, permissions, ACLs, authentication, name resolution, and performance-related issues.
- Expertise in CIFS Server deployment, Active Directory integration, Kerberos authentication, LDAP/NIS integration, and name services.
- Experience in storage expansion, migration across clusters, firmware upgrades.
- NCDA/NCIE certification is a plus.
- Flexible to support 24*7 environment.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in leading technical projects, migration activities, or infrastructure transformation initiatives.
- Pharmaceutical / GxP Environment Experience.
- Knowledge of Disaster Recovery (DR) planning, testing, and business continuity solutions.
