Job DescriptionSocial Media & Account Manager Matchsticks is looking for a Social Media & Account Manager to manage client communication, social media planning, and coordination with our internal creative team. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage monthly social media calendars for clients Understand client requirements, brand tone, and objectives and convert them into content ideas Act as the primary Point of Contact (POC) between clients and the internal team Coordinate with designers, copywriters, video editors, and other team members Create clear briefs and communicate client requirements to the team Manage client feedback, revisions, approvals, and timelines Track content schedules and ensure timely delivery of all deliverables Plan and coordinate posts, reels, stories,



and social media campaigns Stay updated with social media trends and proactively bring relevant ideas to clients Manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams from brief to final delivery What We're Looking For Minimum 2 years of relevant experience Prior experience in a digital marketing / creative agency is mandatory Fluency in English is a must, both written and spoken Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram Excellent content planning and social media calendar skills Strong client-handling and communication skills Excellent coordination, organisation, and follow-up skills Ability to manage multiple clients, projects, and deadlines Creative thinking with a good understanding of content and social media trends Ability to work effectively with designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals Proactive, responsible, and comfortable taking ownership Role Details Position: Social Media & Account Manager Experience: Minimum 2 Years Agency Experience: Mandatory Location: Ahmedabad Employment: Full-Time
