Sikich is seeking a Network Administrator is responsible for administering, managing, and securing the company's infrastructure across India and US operations. This is a hands-on, infrastructure-focused role spanning on-premises systems, Microsoft 365, and Azure cloud services, while maintaining local network elements in India and providing support to US-based systems. The role requires a strong working command of Windows Server, Microsoft 365 administration, Azure cloud infrastructure, and network appliances.

Job Responsibilities

- Serve as primary point of contact for critical outages and alerts, triaging and resolving issues with a sense of urgency.n
- Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain network equipment — switches, routers, firewalls, VPNs, cabling, and related physical infrastructure.n
- Support Windows Server environments including administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.n
- Troubleshoot and validate end-to-end reachability and system health — from endpoint, network, and compute, through to the application.n
- Monitor logs and alert systems to identify and respond to issues proactively.n
- Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and configuration changes for the knowledge base and audit purposes.n
- Provide incident response and coordination with other departments and external vendors when necessary.n
- Support Azure infrastructure including Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Azure vWAN, and Azure Firewalln
- Support Microsoft 365 services including Entra Id, Conditional Access, Intune,



Exchange Online and Teams.n
- Support identity lifecycle tasks – user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access requests.n
- Participate in other IT infrastructure related projects and tasks.n
- Provide tier-2 and tier-3 escalated support, managing and resolving tickets sent to the Infrastructure queue.n
- Serve as the lead technical resource for the India IT team, offering technical mentorship, guidance and knowledge sharing to junior staff.n

Requirements for Successful Candidate

n

- n
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.n
- Minimum 8 years of experience in network administration or IT infrastructure support.n
- Working knowledge of and hands-on experience with networking concepts including TCP/IP, switches, routers, firewalls, access points, VLANs, and DNS/DHCP.n
- Experience with Windows Server administration.n
- Experience with Azure cloud services and infrastructure.n
- Experience with Microsoft 365 including Entra Id, Conditional Access, SSO, Intune, and Teamsn
- Ability to leverage PowerShell or Python and other CLI's for system administration, automation, and task execution.n
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with methodical problem-solving approach.n
- Clear communication skills with ability to explain technical issues and solutions to non-technical users.n
- Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.n
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of infrastructure issues.n
- Capability to prioritize and manage multiple issues in a fast-paced setting.n
- Willingness to provide off-hours support for critical US infrastructure issues.n
- Comfort working with networking equipment and cabling.n
