Job DescriptionAppSquadz Software Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an IT Sales & Government RFP Executive who has a strong understanding of Government Tenders, RFPs, IT Sales, and software development projects**. Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh Experience: 1–3 Years Employment Type : Full-Time Key Responsibilities • Identify and track Government RFPs, tenders, EOIs, and technical bids related to IT/software services • Read and analyze RFPs, Scope of Work, PQT/TQ, eligibility criteria, deliverables, and commercial requirements • Evaluate tender requirements and assess company eligibility and participation • Understand IT solutions including software development, web/mobile applications, cloud, IT infrastructure, and managed services • Coordinate with technical and internal teams to prepare bid responses • Identify potential government and enterprise clients and current business opportunities • Attend client meetings, presentations, discussions,



and requirement-gathering sessions • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners • Prepare opportunity summaries, bid trackers, and sales reports Required Skills Good understanding of IT Sales & Business Development Ability to read and interpret Government RFPs/Tenders Basic-to-good understanding of software development and IT solutions Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and client-handling skills Good analytical and research skills Ability to understand technical requirements and convert them into business opportunities Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace Preferred • Experience in Government Sales, Tender Management, RFP/Bid Management, or IT Business Development • Knowledge of government procurement/e-tendering processes • Experience working with government departments, PSUs, or enterprise clients Interested candidates can share their updated CV at: [email protected] Join AppSquadz and be part of a team working on exciting IT and government technology projects!
