Position Overview Role DescriptionWe are looking for an UI and UX Engineer to drive the delivery of AI and Platform solutions within Deutsche Bank’s Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure team. products and platforms need to cater forLead and define the UX and UI vision for products and solutions within the Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure AI and developer experience teamCreate and grow a strong UX culture with current engineering-led product teamsRun workshops, discovery sessions and design meetings to improve UX across product and platform portfolioInfluence product requirements to incorporate UX early in project lifecyclesRapid and iterative prototyping of solutions in Figma to demonstrate project and product visionsCreate wireframes, prototypes, mockups, user flows, service blueprints, and interaction designsTranslate complex infrastructure, cloud, and AI capabilities into simple, intuitive, and highly adoptable user experiencesYour skills and experience3+ years building enterprise-grade digital productsStrong understanding ofUser-centered designDesign thinkingInteraction designInformation architectureUser researchJourney mappingService designHighly proficient in Figma and be able to prototype business requirements into workable demosDesigned conversational interfaces, copilots, AI assistants, and agentic workflowsStrong experience with Angular, React.js, Hooks, Context API, and modern JavaScript/TypeScriptMust have a strong innovative and ‘product-mindset’, i.e. the ability to understand what a good product should feel like and to design oneExperience integrating frontends with APIs or data‑driven interfacesStrong foundation in HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, responsive design, and accessibilityUnderstanding of UI performance, accessibility, and usability considerationsExperience with Agile/DevOps, Git, Jenkins, JiraBasic understanding of AI conceptsStrong knowledge of UX principles, methodologiesPreferable but not mandatoryExperience with Google Cloud technology,
